Common questions about Zentaro Attendance
How do staff mark attendance?
Three ways: on their own phone, on a shared kiosk, or through a supervisor who punches for the team. Clock-in, clock-out and breaks are all recorded.
How does it stop false punches?
Every punch has a location (geofence) check, and whether a punch is accepted is decided on the server, not on the device. Suspicious punches are flagged for review.
Does it handle shifts, leave and overtime?
Yes. Attendance covers shifts and rotation patterns, rosters, holiday calendars, leave policies and balances, overtime rules and comp-off.
Does it work without the internet?
The staff app keeps working offline and sends its punches when it reconnects.
Can it feed payroll?
Yes. It produces payroll-ready attendance records and exports, with cost centres, for employees and contract workers.
When will it be available, and how is it priced?
Zentaro products launch before December 2026. Each is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in Indian rupees with GST added. Plan prices will be published before launch; until then, contact us for a written quotation.
