2. What we collect
- Account details: name, business name, email address, phone number and the role you hold in your business.

3. Why we use it
- To create your account and provide the product you subscribed to.
- To take payments, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To keep the products secure and to detect misuse or fraud.
- To tell you about changes to a product or to these policies.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.
4. Data you enter about other people
When you use a product to store data about your customers, staff or partners, you decide what is collected and why, and we process it on your instructions to provide the product. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it.
5. Who we share it with
- Payment gateway and banks, to process your payments and refunds.
- Service providers that host our systems or deliver email, SMS and WhatsApp messages on our behalf, under contracts that restrict them to that purpose.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
6. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not load analytics, advertising or other third-party scripts. Our products use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to protect your session. If that changes, we will update this section before the change takes effect.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. After a subscription ends, you can ask us for a copy of your data, and we then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except for the following:
- Backups. Copies held in backups are not deleted individually; they are overwritten as the backups expire on their normal cycle.
- Security and audit logs. Kept for as long as they are needed to protect the service and investigate misuse.
- Records the law requires. Invoices, payment and tax records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and other applicable law requires.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) between you and our services and limiting access to the staff who need it. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the people affected and the relevant authority where and as applicable law requires.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it, and you may withdraw a consent you have given. Write to contact@zentaro.cloud. We respond within the time that applicable law requires. Some requests cannot be met in full, for example where we must keep a record by law; if so, we will tell you why.
10. Children
Our products are for businesses, and an account can only be opened by an adult acting for a business. We do not offer our products to children or market to them.
The records a business keeps in a product may include personal data of people under 18, for example a child staying at a hotel as part of a family booking. The business that enters that data decides to collect it and is responsible for doing so lawfully, including obtaining any consent from a parent or guardian that applicable law requires. We process it only on that business's instructions, to provide the product.
11. Grievances
If you have a concern about how your personal data is handled, write to our grievance contact at contact@zentaro.cloud or to Zentaro LLP, E 405, Pristine Green, Phase 2, Dehu Moshi, Moshi, Pune, Maharashtra 412105, India. We acknowledge and resolve a grievance within the time that applicable law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the authority that applicable data protection law provides for.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
